Learn bottom up construction and raglan shaping
“Aidez 2.0” Cardigan
Generously laden with cables, the Aidez cardigan is a great way to learn seamless bottom up construction. This raglan cardigan is worked with bulky yarn and large needle size. Four two hour classes, spaced two weeks apart means a sweater you can wear this season!

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner / Intermediate knitters who have mastered the required skills listed below through Advanced Knitters.
Class: Total of 8 hours of instruction over 4 days
Monday Evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
January 12, 26, February 9 & 23, 2026
Class Format: In Person
Cost: $85.00
Class Size: Maximum of 6 Students
Minimum of 2 Students required to run the class
Skills Required:
· Confident in long tail cast on & bind off
· Confident in knit stitch, & purl stitch
· Some experience with cables
· Some experience with shaping – ssk, k2tog
· At least 16 years of age – for younger students please contact us

Required Materials Not Included in Class Fee:
We ask that you purchase your patterns directly from the designer, so they receive full credit and payment, and bring a printed copy to class.

We are a small business and require you purchase your class yarn from Finnegan's Run, at a 10% discount*. Other required class supplies may also be purchased at a 10% discount*.
Yarn: Bulky yarn ( See pattern for yardage requirements)
Needle: US 10 with a 16 inch cord AND a 32 inch cord

Required HOMEWORK
Bring a blocked gauge swatch to first class. Cast on 25 stitches and work 20 rows in stockinette. Desired gauge is 15 stitches and 16 rows in 4 inches of stockinette stitch.

Required Skills Policy
Please pay special attention to the prerequisites that are listed on each class sheet. Carefully read the skills that are required for each class prior to signing up. Each class is designed to teach a specific technique(s) and not necessarily the skills required to perform the technique. The dedicated class time does not account for teaching the skills on the required skills list. If you have any questions, please contact us and together we will make sure you are ready to get the most out of class.
Materials Policy
We are a small business and require you to purchase your class yarn from Finnegan’s Run.
Class Size Policy
“Learn to” Classes will run without a required class size. All other classes will have a required minimum class size. The minimum class size will be listed in the class description “Class Size.” If this class size is not met by three (3) days before the class start date we will cancel the class, notify the students, and issue a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Prepaid Classes can only be made if we are notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of the first class date. Missed Classes will not be made up unless the Instructor is unable to teach or the shop is closed for inclement weather. No refunds for missed classes.
Discount Policy
Rewards and promotional discounts cannot be used on the purchase of classes, in other words it does not apply to class instruction fees. ALL IN-STOCK CLASS SUPPLIES ELIGIBLE FOR 10% DISCOUNT* Excludes special orders, trunk shows, loom rentals, loom purchases
